APARTMENT one

The ‘apartment one’ is not a short term rental. Not an ‘airbnb’. It’s our home in Lisbon.

It’s an XVIIIth century Pombaline apartment renovated with the goal of keeping its authenticity, character and simplicity.

The interior walls are covered with the original tiles. Wide acacia floor boards, the original wood ceilings and the oak and chestnut wood shutters are the original the ones build by the knowledge and hands of craftsmen.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom with a separated closet but, unfortunately, the 2nd bedroom and the closet are used as personal storage and therefore excluded from the lease.

There’s a very comfortable living/ dining room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

PRICES AND TERMS

This apartment may be rented as a regular extended lease depending on it’s availability.

The kitchen is fully equipped: washer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and electrical hob. There are also small appliances available. In the drawers and cabinets you will find everything that you might need. (no dishwasher though)

Tenants are nicely recommended to consider with respect all objects, furnishings, furniture and equipment;

Guests are also kindly requested to leave the apartment clean and tidy.
