Your reservation will be processed as soon as possible. You will be contacted through the given email address. All necessary information regarding reservation and wire/ paypal transfer will be provided by email.
PAYMENT TERMS
- 30% to 40% downpayment either by wire transfer (interbank wire transfer costs are supported by the guest) or paypal transfer;
- The remaining amount, in cash, upon arrival/ check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be submitted by email sent from the same email address as the reservation;
- In the case of cancellations with 30 days advance notice, we will refund 100 per cent of the reservation fee (please note that wire transfer costs will be supported by the guest);
- For cancellations with less than 30 days advance notice, we will try to get another booking for the same period. If the apartment is to be booked we will refund 100 per cent of the reservation fee (please note that wire transfer costs will be supported by the guest). There will be no refund if the apartment is not re-occupied.
